Shipping Policy – Sian Alexia Illustration

General Processing & Dispatch Information

All orders are printed, packed and dispatched by Wisque Ltd, who operate this shop on behalf of Sian Alexia Illustration.

Orders typically take 3–4 working days to be processed and shipped. This excludes personalised, pre-order, or bespoke pieces. Processing times for these will be stated in the product description or communicated at checkout.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day. We do not currently offer guaranteed Saturday delivery. Please also note that most carriers do not deliver on public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and whether you’ve selected standard or tracked shipping.

If you need to amend your shipping address, please email support@sianalexia.co.uk as soon as possible. We can update your details provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an item has shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.

Standard Airmail (5–7 working days) – £7.50

Tracked Airmail (5–7 working days, highly recommended) – £13.50

United States of America (USA)

Tracked Airmail (7–10 working days) – £13.00

Rest of World – includes Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan and 45 other countries

Standard Airmail (7–10 working days) – £11.50

Tracked Airmail (7–10 working days, highly recommended) – £16.50

Additional Notes

  • Please allow 3–4 working days for your order to be printed and packed before dispatch.

  • Tracked shipping is highly recommended for international orders. We cannot provide tracking or updates for untracked services.

  • A parcel is considered lost after:

    25 working days (Europe)

    32 working days (Rest of World)

  • If your order hasn’t arrived after these timeframes and it hasn’t been returned to us, we will replace it. Please ensure your delivery address was entered correctly.

  • International customers may be charged customs duties and import taxes by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
