Where can I find prices for Bespoke Illustrations?

Price lists and quotes for Bespoke work are upon request so please get in touch directly with Sian via the contacts page.

Do I receive the original illustration if I order a bespoke piece or is it a print?

The original artwork for Bespoke watercolour Illustration orders will always be sent to the client.

These are freehand sketched in pencil and hand painted by Sian in her art studio.

Each piece is hand signed, stamped and dated.

How long will my Bespoke Illustration take to finish?

Turnaround time can vary depending on the time of year and the amount of work Sian has
at the point of placing an order.

On average it usually takes 4/6 weeks.

A turnaround time for your illustration will always be confirmed upon booking.

Please specify if you need it in a shorter time and Sian will see if she can accommodate your request.

Can you work from separate photographs for your Bespoke Illustrations?

Sian is happy to work off clear separate photos and merge them for you if you are
struggling to find a good group photograph.

How long do Art Prints take to arrive?

Art Prints will mostly be printed on demand.

These are printed by an external printing company to ensure we provide beautiful finished products.

Please allow 7 working days for your art print to be delivered - All products are sent out by Royal Mail (1st Class).

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the UK for Art Prints however if you are enquiring about Bespoke work please get in touch to discuss possible options.

Do you offer a framing service?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer this service at this moment in time.

All art prints are standard A4 size.

Bespoke illustrations are available in either A5 or A4 size, therefore, it should be quite easy to find suitable frames.

Do you take deposits for Bespoke Illustrations?

Sian does not accept deposits for bespoke work - Payment in Full must be taken to secure your commission slot, this will need to be made via secure bank transfer.

Your invoice will be emailed over once we have discussed your order request.

How will my artwork be delivered?

All artwork and prints are packaged in a protective sleeve, with a recycled backing board. We then carefully wrap your special illustration in crisp white tissue paper and post it out in a recyclable hard-backed cardboard envelope.

Do you provide refunds?

If you are unhappy with anything please contact Sian directly and she will do her very best to work something out for you.

All Bespoke Illustrations are non-returnable due to the time, effort and bespoke nature of the item.

Non-Bespoke items such as Art Prints can be refunded within 14 days of receiving your order. Please return items in perfect condition and the original packaging.

We are unable to refund the original posting cost on returned items and return postage is to be covered by the client (unless the item is faulty).

Proof of postage will be requested for returned items as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
