Turnaround time can vary depending on the time of year and the amount of work Siân has at the point of placing an order.

On average it usually take up to 6 weeks for the artwork to be completed plus shipping time too. (Shipping to USA can sometimes take longer than other locations so please bear this in mind)

If you need your order quickly, please let Siân know. Priority service (1/2 week turnaround) is usually available for an additional fee (+£35)

For international bespoke orders, please allow extra time for delivery, as shipping times may vary. We highly recommend adding the optional digital file to your order, so you’ll receive a copy of your illustration sooner while the original makes its way to you.

Siân is happy to work off clear separate photos and merge them for you if you are
struggling to find a good group photograph or need to add pets to your illustration.

Every bespoke commission begins as an original piece of artwork, personally drawn and hand-painted by Siân in watercolour and gouache, especially for you.
Once complete, your bespoke artwork is professionally digitised and reproduced as a museum-quality fine art print, using archival-quality papers and inks chosen for their exceptional detail, colour and longevity. This process beautifully preserves the character and delicate details of the original painting, creating a lasting keepsake designed to be enjoyed for many years to come.
Your finished fine art print will arrive carefully & sustainably packed, or if you choose the framing option, professionally mounted, framed and ready to hang in your home.
The original hand-painted artwork remains in Siân’s studio.
