On average it usually take up to 6 weeks.

A turnaround time for your illustration will always be confirmed upon booking.

If you need your order quickly, please let Siân know. Priority service (1-week turnaround) is usually available for an additional fee (+£35)

For international bespoke orders, please allow extra time for delivery, as shipping times may vary. We highly recommend adding the optional digital file to your order, so you’ll receive a copy of your illustration sooner while the original makes its way to you.

Siân is happy to work off clear separate photos and merge them for you if you are
struggling to find a good group photograph or need to add pets to your illustration.

Yes, we ship our prints all over the world!

We highly recommend selecting our tracked postage option when purchasing from overseas.

Framing is available as an additional option, just ask when ordering a bespoke illustration, or add a frame to your art print order at the checkout.

Siân only accepts the full deposit for bespoke work - This is taken to secure your commission slot, it can be made via secure bank transfer or Stripe payment link.

Your invoice will be emailed over once we have discussed your order request.

If you are unhappy with anything please contact Siân directly and she will do her very best to work something out for you.

All Bespoke Illustrations are non-returnable due to the time, effort and bespoke nature of the item.

Please note that all non-bespoke items, such as Art Prints and Cards, are printed to order. For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed.
