Your right to cancel
You can change your mind. If you have ordered from us, you have the right to cancel your order and return your items within 14 days, under both EU and UK consumer law. This page explains how, and the few items the right does not cover.
Your order is sold by Siân Alexia Ltd (company no. 13466732). Cancelling before we print
Most of our prints are made to order, so the quickest way to cancel is to contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet gone to print, we will cancel it and refund you in full, including standard delivery. Email support@sianalexia.co.uk with your order number and we will sort it straight away.
EU customers - Right of Withdrawal
If you are in the EU, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason (EU Directive 2023/2673). To withdraw, you can use our online withdrawal form (see the button below), email us, or send us the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you showing us you have sent them.
UK customers - Right to Cancel
If you are in the UK, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Let us know by email, the online form, or the model cancellation form below.
What this does not cover
A small part of what we make is created just for you. Bespoke and commissioned pieces (portraits of you, your family or your pet, wedding and ultrasound artwork, and any work personalised to your own brief or details) are made to your specification, so the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to them once we have started, unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Everything else in the shop, including our standard prints and cards, is fully returnable within 14 days.
Refunds and return postage
When you return goods within the 14-day window, we refund the price you paid for the items and the standard (basic rate) outbound delivery cost. If you chose a faster or upgraded delivery, we refund the standard rate. The cost of returning the goods to us is yours to cover. For orders outside the EU and UK there is no statutory right of withdrawal, so our general returns policy applies.
