Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping

All prints are made to order, so please allow for up to 7 weekdays for your order to be posted.

Bespoke order turnarounds will vary (including dispatch dates), this will be discussed and confirmed upon request.

All prints and bespoke orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class (sign for) delivery. 

Orders are packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve, carefully wrapped in tissue paper and posted in a hard backed cardboard envelope.

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Siân Alexia Illustration please contact us at hello@sianalexia.co.uk as soon as possible.

It is important to note that all bespoke orders are non-returnable due to the time, effort and bespoke nature of each item.

Non - bespoke items such as Art Prints can be refunded within 14 days. Please contact us at hello@sianalexia.co.uk to discuss further.

Items must be returned in perfect condition and the original packaging.

A return address will be provided once the refund has been discussed and agreed.

Please note that we are unable to refund the original posting cost on returned items and return postage is to be covered by the client (unless the item is faulty).

Proof of postage will be requested for returned items as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bespoke orders, sale items or gift cards.
